6 weeks go by very quick nowadays and I know for a fact that if my facial appointments are not done way in advance, I will never get round to find that time.   Lately, the photos of my before and after facial treatments may not have shown that much difference but this is because I am in the maintenance phase. 

Maintaining your skin care routine means only one thing; you get to age with a beautiful skin that is very often noticed and commented upon.  

I cannot stress enough how this maintenance has done wonders for my skin which is also very much due to the beauty therapist I was matched with by my dearest friend Ingrid Coleiro.  She introduced me to some of the most amazing products, namely Repechage, which has been offering my skin the nourishment it needs depending on what stage of skin care I was in and needed.

This time round it was the turn of Repechage’s signature facial; THE FOUR LAYER.  I can see why it is described as the facial of the century!  See image for all the different layers and their ingredients you receive during this treatment.  My therapist, Sonya, who I have started calling my scientist, decided that my skin also needed an Enzymatic Micropeel in the beginning of the treatment and drops of  Essential Oil of Seaweed at the end since I had some dry skin patches on my forehead due to cold weather.  

I humbly thank all of you who comment on my face skin but it is due to this maintenance by a professional Sonya and the right products from Ingrid that I am able to do this.  

* I wish to add how important it is to drink plenty of water, protect yourself from direct sunlight, sleep well, eat healthy, do exercise for good circulation and try to stress less!  All these factors add or decrease the radiance of your skin.
