I Am Not 100% PURE

I have long been passionate about a healthy approach to living a balanced life. Balance being the key word here because I will not proclaim I am Free from toxins, a hard-core fitness enthusiast, junk food free or a walking yogi (at least not until time of writing this).

But I have a lot of respect for the body, mind and soul, and for the environment. So it is with awareness, common sense and responsibility that I share what I have learnt and keep on learning daily. Not from a momentarily craze of buzzwords and trends, but from dozens of people whom I have met over the past 20 years of my TV work, travels, research and life in general. I draw on lessons learnt from experts in the field and people sharing their stories.

With this knowledge and my willingness to live well, I am prompted to make certain choices in life that I am sharing with you. I invite you to follow me with an open mind, and take for yourself only what you feel is good for you. Change does not happen overnight. Be kind to yourselves.
